Kathy Smith Aerobox Workout Review

A high intensity, cardiovascular workout that revs up the heart rate and works up a sweat, Kathy Smith Aerobox Workout with Michael Olajide, Jr. is my favorite workout video. I like the cinematography with black and white shots filtered into the video. The presence of an individual not using a jump rope is helpful. The camera angles and high paced music are energizing and engaging.

If you are just starting to incorporate cardiovascular routines into your lifestyle, then I recommend holding off on this high impact workout. The routine requires jumping, so please be aware of your back and knee vulnerabilities. If you’re looking for a full-body, high intensity workout from the comfort of your own home (as the cold sets in), then this is the perfect video for you.
