Week 16: Juggling the Chaos, Apr. 13-19
By Cindy Posey | April 23, 2008
I’m in the mist of regaining control of time management chaos. Housecleaning and blogging have suffered the most due to shifting schedules. Even though my current morning and evening hours at the gym are temporary, I feel completely out of sorts trying to re-juggle writing time and visiting in the blogosphere. Lot’s of ideas have sprouted, but I haven’t put anything down on paper! It’s insane. Family and fitness have remained the priority and I’m happy to head into the final week of preparations for the Country Music City Half-Marathon on Saturday!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: 5 mile run
Tuesday: 30 minutes on treadmill/30 minutes on Elliptical/15 minutes on Arc Wave
Wednesday: 30 minutes strength training routine/ 15 minutes Jump Rope
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Strength Training Routine/ 3 mile run
I’m pretty excited about the upcoming changes for Go Workout Mom. The new design is almost complete. There are some really exciting guests’ posts being prepared for May. With reviews to release on Propel Fit Water, the Amerathon Club, BeFit Mom Book/Video and Fitness Caddy, I am not short on topics and information to share. I’m just overwhelmed with time constraints in front of the computer.

Thank you ladies. It’s wonderful to hear the support and shared “blogging pains!” I’m starting to feel more organized and grounded. The last two weeks have been a whirlwind.
